Part of a global manufacturing group with operations throughout the world, our client produces components for a range of demanding industries including automotive and aerospace applications.  Employing 350 people, the emphasis continues to be placed on organic growth and manufacturing excellence.

The new plant manager will have P&L responsibility for the whole plant with 4 direct reports covering production, supply chain, engineering and quality.  The role also involves significant liaison with other departments within the organisation including HR, Commercial, R&D, etc.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a graduate engineer, possibly with a post graduate manufacturing or business qualification and at least 3 years demonstrable experience of managing a production facility which is committed to lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma and manufacturing excellence.
