As a key member of the management team, your role will be to manage and inspire a small team of planners in providing the logistics function day-to-day; whilst identifying and instigating process improvement strategies that drive up customer service and reduce costs, through optimum inventory control and modern supply chain management.

A graduate, preferably with a planning/logistics related qualification, you will need at least 5 years relevant leadership experience, gained in a recognised FMCG/Pharmaceutical, high volume, high SKU, batch controlled manufacturing operation thats within a global supply chain environment. A flair for refining and improving systems will also be vital, as will proven leadership skills, and if you have Baan experience, so much the better!
