Quality Assurance Manager / Life Sciences Division

Our client is a market-leading manufacturer of capital equipment and consumables, with a $2 billion turnover. Your task will be to focus on both hands-on delivery of Quality Assurance Management at their South Coast site and to oversee QA at other divisional locations across the UK through a talented team of QA professionals. Ensuring that robust quality systems and processes are aligned with corporate objectives as well as being standardised across sites. You will lead and motivate your team to maximise quality and be compliant to regulatory requirements and quality standards. Almost certainly a graduate quality professional with experience of working for life sciences equipment suppliers, you will have strong technical knowledge of compliance and QA standards, demonstrable experience of design and process validation techniques, leading quality audits and a track record of improving systems and results through the leadership and motivation of quality teams. Six Sigma and Kempner Tregoe expertise is desirable but not essential.
