Programme Manager

Part of the highly successful UK quoted Chemring Group, this subsidiary is a key player in the energetics sector with an expanding presence globally.

Recent new business acquisition has highlighted the need to recruit an accomplished Programme Manager to lead technically complex and demanding programmes and projects to the highest standards. You will be responsible for planning, budgetary and client management as well as ensuring programme governance and reporting standards are met. Above all, your role is to ensure the smooth planning, implementation and delivery of customer programmes to meet and exceed customer demands through dedicated project teams.

We are looking for a rare individual who can combine superb programme management experience with strong relationship building skills, able to lead and with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs. Probably a graduate in a technical discipline, your experience to date is likely to come from a defence sector manufacturer or similar, allied with significant experience of working internationally.
