Operations Director

Ongoing success has led to the creation of a new, board level role of Operations Director to help take the company to the next level.

Blending both strategic and operational responsibility, you will lead and develop teams as well as manage contracts, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality and customer relationship management. You will also be passionate in driving performance excellence through best practice, service innovation and full operation cost control.

Your service sector background will have equipped you with commercial acumen and vision, along with excellent leadership, customer service and problem solving skills. Exact sector experience is less important and may include security, facilities management or hospitality.
