Vitacress Chooses ADS for Management Development

Vitacress has asked Guildsrealm's management development practice ADS to provide 360-degree feedback and coaching solutions to their Hampshire based operations management team.

Guildsrealm Launches Bristol Operation

Andy Jarvis who has managed Guildsrealm's research function since 1998 has been promoted to Associate Consultant and hasd Guildsrealm's Bristol office.  Commenting on the expansion, Director Miles Everingham said, "This is an important milestone in Guildsrealm's development and is overdue given the number of South West based clients we can now manage more locally."  Andy has particular experience in logistics, as he is a professionally qualified logistician as well as handling manufacturing and engineering sector roles.  He also works closely with the firm's assessment & development teams who provide management development solutions as members of the SHL Partner network.  "We really do help firms recruit and retain key talent", commented Andy.

Guildsrealm has been using leading edge psychometric and aptitude tests from SHL for 3 years and last year was accredited with the prestigious Partner accreditation in recognition of our expertise.  Since then we have been undertaking a great deal of management development work and outsourced assessment services so we have launched the Talent Management services under its own brand name, Assessment & Development Services (ADS).
