As an experienced design and development engineer, you know the key to success is the style and look of the final product. You are used to working closely with marketing teams and delivering consumer orientated goods that are creative, appealing and cost effective. Now you are looking for the chance to develop a leading product range at the forefront of design and technology.

A hands-on manager, you’ll lead your team of engineers in developing existing products and taking innovative designs from conception through the manufacturing process. Of graduate calibre, you’ll need a great deal of commercial acumen and extensive experience with 3D design products such as CATIA or Solid Edge. You’ll also be a good team player and bring a track record of continuous new product development.
