The HR team now requires a high calibre HR professional to support manufacturing and production with particular regard to recruitment, absence control, training and employee relations for all shop floor employees.

Of graduate calibre and at least part CIPD qualified with 2 year’s experience of manufacturing HR, you will be seeking a move which offers the opportunity to utilise and develop your HR experience within a progressive manufacturing environment.
