|
Undertaking a range of commercial and industrial installations, you will report directly to the Branch Manager. With at least 5 years experience of installing mechanical building service plant and systems, you will have a strong mechanical bias. You will also have been exposed to all stages of the tendering process, from pre-qualifying to commissioning and will have a background in managing office and site staff.

Due to internal promotion, several vacancies exist for experienced Building Estimators and Mechanical Estimators. You will be responsible for preparing tender estimates, including vetting enquiries, advising management of commercial and contractual implications, and sourcing suppliers. This will involve site surveys and visits during estimating exercises, providing you with a varied and interesting workload. Several years relevant experience is essential, alongside a flexible and enthusiastic approach.
